Q1: What products do you manufacture?
A: For 30 years, we have focused on the production of shirt fabrics and ready-made shirts. Our shirt fabrics include woven, knitted, and printed series, and we have ready stock of professional shirts. Our ready-made shirt collection includes professional and casual styles. Currently, our main focus is on developing and producing high-stretch shirts.
Q2: Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?
A: We support customized services and can manufacture according to drawings or samples. We support OEM/ODM cooperation.
Q3: Can I customize the packaging?
A: Yes. We offer neutral packaging or can print logos and labels according to customer requirements.
Q4: Are your products certified?
A: We can confirm the details based on the customer's specific requirements.
Q5: Can you provide brochures?
A: We offer free e-brochures.
Q6: How can I get a quotation?
A: Please contact us via WhatsApp, or send product drawings/fabric specifications/workmanship requirements/quantity and other information to our email address and leave your email address. We will provide a quote and send it to your email as soon as possible.
Q7: Can you do EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP terms?
A: Yes, we support various trade terms, and the shipping ports are Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
Q8: What markets do you serve?
A: We serve clients in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Japan, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Q9: Can I get a sample first? How long does it take?
A: Yes, samples are available. It usually takes 3–7 days depending on the complexity.
Q10: What’s the lead time for bulk orders?
A: For large orders, the lead time is 20-30 days. This may be adjusted during peak seasons or for orders involving special materials. The exact timeframe depends on the specific order details.
